NOGA

Explore a new way to train in our unique, hybrid class that spans yoga, TRX, breath work and mobility. Using the TRX suspension trainer to enable you to deepen postures and increase flexibility, you’ll focus on building a solid foundation of core strength, mobility and balance through this fusion of traditional flow sequences, breath work and inversions. Designed to regulate the nervous system and flex the mind’s muscle as much as your physical strength, this class is the antidote to the stress and uncertainty of a post-pandemic world, aiming to leave you feeling inspired, connected and aware.  

Suitable for every level with no previous experience required.

BOXING + Conditioning

Roll with the punches as you learn the fundamentals and develop your form. Expect to sweat on the bags through this unique blend of technical coaching and heart-pumping combos, before moving to the floor for explosive power moves and interval training using a range of equipment from kettlebells & slamballs, to battle ropes and plyo boxes. We provide gloves to rent at reception for £1. Wraps are available to purchase for £8. Especially if this is your first class with us, please arrive 15 mins early if possible to meet the trainer who will help prepare you for your class ahead. Absolutely no prior experience with boxing is necessary.

Strength + Conditioning

If you appreciate a little healthy competition and feel ready to take your fitness to the next level, this S&C is the answer. A unique blend of free weights, resistance, cardio and bodyweight training; this total body, strength and conditioning class targets each muscle group with meticulously coached compound explosive movements. As much about participation as it is performance, you'll find your energy in the collective as your group is brought together to motivate and challenge one another across multiple rounds of timed intervals. A high-energy, fun-filled, full-body workout, that develops strength, speed and endurance to leave you standing strong, ready to take on the world.

Fore Flow

Get ready to level up your yoga practice with this fun and dynamic Vinyasa style flow. Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned yogi, our trainers will guide you through options for every level, providing a safe space for you to experiment and explore in a class designed to help you improve your practice, build your strength & achieve some of your favourite poses and transitions.

Fore Focus

Adding to the element of Mind, Body, Spirit, Life, this guided meditation has been designed to help everyone and anyone access the power of stillness. a grounding sessions of gentle breath, immersive music and simple techniques to enable you to still your mind, reconnect with your body. it offers you the space to shift your attention inwards, observing emotions and fostering a deep sense of awareness and belonging. Expect to leave feeling elevated, empowers and abundant.

Forme Yoga

Re-align your spine and reprogram the relationship between your body and mind with this posture perfecting class. Combining mobility, flexibility and core strength, its musculoskeletal focus will rehabilitate your spine & build strength in your core in order to improve your patterns of movement & correct the damage from sitting & standing poorly. Using yoga as a foundation, our expert trainer will guide you through a series of exercises that help you understand how to connect with your body in order to correct alignment, increase mobility & improve core strength. As much prehab as it is rehab, this class will become your favourite part of your weekly routine, leaving you feeling 10 ft tall.

Yinergy

They say that issues are in the tissues, so do your body a favour by letting go of any stored tension & trauma in a safe space. Our expert practitioner will guide you through a combination of long, deep stretches, meditation & breathwork as you feel, breathe & release, dialling back into your true self & bravely surrendering to the quiet within. Reset & reconnect as you find your balance in this deeply relaxing & rejuvenating experience.

pure TRX

Leveraging your own body weight to create gravity & resistance you'll incorporate all of the body's functional movement patterns to develop strength, technique & range of motion. A fast paced flow will move you through dynamic, compound exercises to isolated, intricate movements for the ultimate fat- burning, metabolism-boosting workout. Building the basis for stamina, strength, flexibility & mobility you'll learn how to use the straps to support, challenge & align your body in a completely adaptable class that's maximum power and minimum impact.
