MIKE

Mike is our head trainer and all-around lovely guy. Having been with The Fore from the very birth of the concept he programs some of the best classes to the backing track of his infamous playlists. Mike is a Technogym master trainer and dad to cocker spaniel Finley.

SAM

After graduating from the University of the Arts in London Sam embarked on a 10-year carer working all over the world as a professional Dancer and Aerialist. He was a coach and instructor to his dance troop helping them all stay in peak physical health while traveling. Sam has since left the onboard life behind, moving from Leicester to London in 2021 where he joined us as a Foretitude teacher.

CAT

Cat is passionate about any form of movement and strongly believes in the benefits of yoga and mindfulness for a healthy lifestyle. Gaining her Vinyasa and Yin qualifications in London with her aim to create a space where people feel empowered to be their true selves. Whether you join her for a dynamic and playful flow or grounding and calming yin class you are guaranteed to leave uplifted.

Riley

Riley comes from a rehabilitation background and is particularly form focussed. She’s thorough and energetic, bringing all the positive vibes to classes. Riley enjoys a combination of strength training, Pilates, and core work on the straps, so don’t be surprised if there’s a few core blocks thrown in!

CHRIS

After qualifying as a PT Chris was snapped up by a 5* resort which took him to the Dominican Republic to train clients, he learned to quickly adapt his programming and teaching style to meet any age and ability. On returning to London he brought that knowledge to sold-out group classes where his encouraging nature and eye for detail meant clients were quickly progressing. Chris has a particular interest in training the core for better posture and movement.

Dahlia

Dahlia has a deep love for the practices of Yoga, after many years of her own practice she committed herself to sharing these healing & awakening practices with the world. She began her career at the One & Only hotel in Montenegro and spent years after teaching world wide. The evolution of the human collective consciousness, & the teachings of Yoga are what inspire Dahlia to help others to live their life’s purpose. Finding the highest most joyful expression of themselves in Mind, Body & Soul.

Bobbie

Bobbie has danced since the age of three and after pursuing her love for Psychology still felt she needed to create a space for movement in her life. Since achieving her Level 4 specialist personal trainer diploma, Bobbie began utilising her knowledge of well-being at work, exercise and nutrition to create valuable diet and lifestyle coaching programmes to create healthy, sustainable change for her clients.

Elia

Elia got into martial arts as a simple form of exercise to lose weight, but since then has never looked back. Now a pro fighter and instructor, her love for what boxing has added to her training as well as general life, such as strength, confidence and passion, is what inspires her classes. She loves being able to pass on her knowledge to make people feel uplifted and powerful!

FELIX

With a background in Rugby and Athletics, Felix loves to transpose the principals of training like an Athlete into his coaching and PT career. His focus on functionality, power, endurance and training really really hard has meant his clients have pushed through their boundaries to access their potential strength, both physically and mentally. Felix is also an official HYROX coach, a worldwide fitness race, and regularly competes himself. Felix is passionate about helping people reach their health goals, and achieving physical longevity and overall happiness.

Emily

For Emily, music and fitness/sport have always played a massive role. They’ve been her space for creativity, escapism, for working through tough times and celebrating good ones. She finally decided to combine them and make those two big passions her dream job.

Through her knowledge, love for the industry and big playlists she wants to be able to re-create that space for others.

No matter what your relationship is and where you are at on fitness journey, in Emily’s class you will always find and bring out that inner strength!

ALYCIA

Having been a practitioner for 10+ years, Alycia has a love for all things yoga. She completed her Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher training in Bali and has also taught in Australia. She then moved to London from Canada to continue her yoga adventures. Yoga has been so inspirational to her as a way to approach all of life, on and off the mat. Her goal for noga is simple - helping you feel better than when you walked in the door.
